Baking behind the scenes
Baking is a hobby, an art, and also a serious profession. Brian has been working informally with doughs and batters of all kinds for years, and is very excited to take his accumulated skills and perceptions to the next level. You, as a potential future customer, may come to see, and learn about some of Brian's recipes. The actual recipes themselves are mostly secret of course, coming from a large variety of sources, they have blended together to form the perfect product. Many of the recipes have also been passed down through generations within his family, resulting in a traditional, delicious taste. These are not all of the pastries we will offer, but as soon as we have some nice looking pictures of a recipe, you will be able to see it.
